Product Refund Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

We at S1Tech Consulting LLC are committed to offering the utmost satisfaction to our valued clients. This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs our policy on cancellations of orders and refunds to our customers, consistent with our aim to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer satisfaction is paramount for us. Therefore, if for any reason you wish to cancel an order placed on our platform, you may request cancellation. However, order cancellations are subject to certain conditions:

  • a) You can request cancellation of your order by emailing us at support@s1techconsulting.com before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount, minus an 8.5% processing fee on any order financed through Affirm will be refunded.
  • b) Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped.
3. REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event that a product delivered to you is returned due to valid reasons, we will refund your payment as follows:

  • If you financed your purchase through Affirm, an 8.5% processing fee is assessed and is non- refundable.
  • If you pay by credit/debit card or digital wallet, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank or digital wallet account within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank or digital wallet provider with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Please note, shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (such as state tax, customs duty) are not refundable.

4. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Products once sold can only be exchanged for replacement if:

  • a) The product bears manufacturing defects,
  • b) The product has been damaged in transit, or
  • c) The product delivered is incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to the availability of the product in our stock.

COURSE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines governing the cancellation of courses and refund procedures. All cancellation requests should be addressed to support@s1techconsulting.com. The following conditions shall apply:

2. CANCELLATION WITHIN THE THREE BUSINESS DAYS (3) IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING COURSE REGISTRATION

Should a registrant submit a cancellation notice via email that reaches our office within the three (3) business days immediately following course purchase, before the close of business (5:00 PM EST), the registrant will obtain a full refund if purchase is not financed by Affirm. In cases where the purchase is financed by Affirm, there is a risk that a nonrefundable 8.5% fee will be assessed.

For instance, if a course is purchased on Friday November 30, 2023, the cancellation notice should be received no later than 5:00 PM EST on December 6, 2023, for these conditions to be valid.

3. NO REFUND ONCE COURSE MATERIALS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED

Please note that we are not able to grant refunds after course materials have been shipped to the registrant. Once course materials have been shipped, if the registrant is unable to attend the selected class, the registrant may reschedule their class attendance date by transferring their registration to a future class, based on availability.

4. REFUNDS ON COURSES FINANCED THROUGH AFFIRM

A processing fee of 8.5% of the course amount financed through Affirm will be assessed and is non- refundable. The Affirm processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount indicated in sections 2 outlined above.
